Pressure sealing is a technology that folds and securely seals documents ready for mailing. Combined with SmartStamp or pre-paid postage, your letters are ready to send within seconds.
What can I use the MS3000/4000 for?
Usually anything that needs mailing. You can use it for cheques, remittance advice, invoices, statements, purchase orders, library overdue notices, tenant communications, membership cards, general letters, expense forms, marketing communications .. the list is endless.

No - pressure seal machines require special stationery. Use of alternative papers such as coated stock may be compatible, but should be tested first.

What is the shelf-life of the stationery?
Shelf-life depends on the type and manufacturer of the stationery, but it is usually around one year.
Is the stationery compatible with my printer?
