Easy Seal Products prides itself on customer service. Even though our machines are designed to be trouble-free, in the event of a problem occuring you need to be up and running at the earliest opportunity.
We have service centres in Dorset, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Bradford and Dundee, with imminent service centres in Newcastle, Birmingham and Bristol.
All our maintenance packages include preventative maintenance. A preventative maintenance visit consists of a general service, clean, and replacement of any faulty or worn parts.
We have engineers around the country on call to respond as quickly as possible, and a team of support staff to provide effective telephone support. Our standard on-site response time is next working day, but same day response is quite often the norm.
All our engineers are well presented, with Easy Seal Products uniforms and identification for security.
